ECOTopp™ FC is used BONDED on concrete, pre-cast and hollow-core slabs but can also be installed as a “LEED” Certified ECOTopp™ FLOATING SYSTEM on plastic slip-sheet, that can be poured over existing carpet, tile or any existing flooring surface at a thickness from 1” - 3” depending on application.
